The children must wear school uniform at all times.
Online Uniform Purchases
Our new logo will be available on items of uniform purchased from our new online uniform supplier KMAC Embroidery & Print from Thursday 30th March 2017.
KMAC are a leading local supplier of school uniform serving many neighbouring schools. Their website, www.kentschooluniform.com will become the one stop shop for all items of Godinton school uniform as we phase out sales from the school office.
KMAC will stock the same quality sweatshirts, cardigans, fleeces, reversible jackets, PE t-shirts, PE bags and book bags as we currently have, in the same size range, all of which will feature our new green logo and will retain current prices for the majority of items.
The website also stocks a range of basic school uniform items (not containing school logos) such as baseball caps. Polo shirts featuring the school logo are being discontinued.
We have samples at the school office for parents to view and to gauge sizing.
There is no expectation that children have to start wearing our new school uniform straight away – we anticipate that this will be a phased introduction with parents replacing outgrown items as and when they need to. We do still have some current stock items featuring the original yellow logo which we will be selling at a reduction of 50%. We will continue to sell this stock from the school office, at reduced prices, until the end of term 5 after which point it will be obsolete. All purchases of uniform items featuring the new logo will need to be made online.
The uniform requirements are:
School Sweatshirt or Fleece, or
Royal Plain Jumper/Cardigan
Plain White blouse, shirt or polo shirt
Navy or black jogging bottoms (reception classes only)
Grey skirt or pinafore dress

In summer the children are welcome to wear blue gingham or striped dresses, or grey school shorts.
The children are asked to wear plain black shoes to school. The may wear soft soled trainer type shoes if you prefer, but they are not allowed actual training shoes with coloured logos, nor are the girls allowed to wear high heels. The children are welcome to wear wellies or warm boots to school on cold, wet days, but we would like them to bring their normal school shoes with them to change into once they are inside.
All children in the Reception classes are asked to have a pair of named wellies which can be left in school

If you are having your child’s ears pierced, please do it during the Summer break, as children are not permitted to participate in PE activities whilst wearing earrings.
